How to Survive National Instrument 43-101
National Instrument 43-101 was introduced to establish national report requirements for mineral properties. Over the year, the
letter of the policy has dwarfed the
spirt of the policy, which was to provide the average investor with information to make an informed investor decision. To day, most NI-43-101 are very technical and cannot be understood by the most knowledgeable investors. From the company's point of view, the harsh reality is that if investors do not understand the report they will not invest. This situation hurts the investors and the companies and has caused much confusion and resulted in many questions. Examples of this imbalance will be discussed along with many frequently asked questions about NI-43-101.
