Golden Minerals Company is a Delaware‐incorporated company established in 2009 with stock listings on both the NYSE and the Toronto Stock Exchange. Golden owns the Velardeña gold and silver mines in Durango State, Mexico; El Quevar, an evaluation stage silver project in Salta, Argentina; and a portfolio of exploration properties including two with near-term production possibilities located within Mexico’s silver belt. The company recently restarted mining at Velardeña with positive cash flow expected in Q2 2015.
