She is an Engineer of Natural Resources and Environment. Graduated in Political Sciences in France, Territorial Public Action and Local Government (univerisité de Touluse) and MA in Waste Management (Universidad de Andalucía, España)> She was an Techical Advisor at Ministerio de Ambiente y Producción Sustentable de la Provincia de Salta and Ministerio de Ambiente de la Nación. She was also a Consultant at Organismos de Financiamiento Internaciona and a Technical Director at INTI (Jujuy). She is a teacher and a researcher at UNSA and UCASAL.
