Bachelor on History as a first degree at Universidad de Buenos Aires and then a Master of Science on Economic History and Patterns of Development at the London School of Economics. He also completed a Diploma on Management Non Profit Organizations at Universidad San Pablo CEU in Spain. Ernesto worked as professor and researcher at Universidad de Buenos Aires and then at Argentina´s National Commission for Scientific and Technical Research. He was visiting researcher at Maison des Sciences de l´Homme in France and at the Institute of Latin American Studies, University of London, UK. Ernesto Cussianovich worked as Project Manager at International Voice, a consulting education company in Osaka, Japan. Then he worked as Programme Manager and Director Operations for the British Council, the UK international cooperation agency. He is currently Director on Energy, Natural Resources and Environment at Poliarquia Consultores and also worked as consultanty for IDB, ECLA and UNDP.
