Rodolfo Micone is a Mining Engineer, graduated at Universidad Nacional de Catamarca.
From 1996 to 1999 he worked in the field of Mining Exploration for Dorado Exploraciones in Argentina and Mexico.
From 2003 to 2010 he worked as a Senior Metallurgical for Xstrata Copper, in operations of Bajo de la Alumbrera (Catamarca- Argentina) and Tintaya (Peru).
SInce 2002 until present, he has worked as an Adjunct Professor of Mechanics for Minerals Treatment at Universidad Nacional de Catamarca.
From 2010 to 2011 he was State Director of Mining.
From 2011 to present he worked as a Mining State Secretary of the Catamarca province.
In 2015 he was the Presidente of the Consejo Federal de Minería (COFEMIN).
